Learning together to better support our pupils

Our school staff attended the 3rd Interdisciplinary Conference dedicated to supporting the mental health of children and young people.

On 8 October 2026, members of our school staff attended the 3rd Interdisciplinary Conference dedicated to supporting the mental health of children and young people. This year’s theme was “Children facing conflict, responsibility and loneliness — the invisible wounds of childhood”.

The conference offered an opportunity to gain knowledge, exchange experiences and deepen skills in recognising emotional difficulties among children and young people. The discussions highlighted the importance of attentiveness, empathy, conversation and appropriate support in difficult situations.

Taking part in events like this is an important part of our team’s professional development. We continue to learn so that we can better understand our pupils’ needs and support them in everyday school life.

Thank you to the organisers and speakers for a valuable meeting, new knowledge and inspiration for our work.
